A neighbour made me this with fresh Atlantic Ocean mackerel and it was the best I've ever tasted! The Atlantic Everything Seasoning pairs perfectly with the fresh fish.
If there is any leftover it's sensational mixed into a pâté and served up on some crackers but for this dish I just paired it with a salad and a dollop of mayonnaise.
You will need:
Oven preheated to 160
A foil covered oven tray
Butter
Atlantic Everything Seasoning
Extra foil to cover.
Method:
De-head, gut and half the fish.
Keeping the skin on and down, put the fresh mackerel on an oven tray.
Put a small blob of butter on the filets and a decent sprinkling of Atlantic Everything Seasoning.
Cover loosely with foil and pop into the oven for approximately 30 mins
