The perfect afternoon snack for baby pumpkins.
You could substitute the coconut flour for oats.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
Dash of vanilla extract
A pinch of either Pumpkin Spice or Festive Edition
Chocolate chips (optional)
Raisons (optional)
Method:
In a measuring jug put 2 ripe bananas, 2 eggs, a dash of vanilla extract, a pinch of either Pumpkin Spice/Festive Edition, or if you're feeling adventurous, a mix of both!
It's up to you if you add Chocolate chips at this stage or drop them on once mixture is in the frying pan. Could add raisons as well.
Just put a tablespoon of mixture in an oiled pan and cook on both sides.
