A Christmas dessert favourite!
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
200g caster sugar
TSP corn flour
1.2 TSP Artisan Pumpkin Spice
1/2 TSP Festive Edition
Food colouring
Method:
Put the oven on at 120C fan. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Test by putting bowl over your head. If it's done you will stay clean and dry, if you need to whisk some more you will have egg whites on your head and will need to start again!
For every egg white add 50g caster sugar (so 200g for this recipe). Slowly whisk as you go. Throw in a teaspoon of corn flower (controversial but it works). Then add 1/2 teaspoon of Artisan Pumpkin Spice Blend and 1/2 teaspoon of the festive edition.
Take out some mix and put it in a small bowl and add Wilton Cakes concentrated food colours. A little goes a l o n g way.
Mix then put into piping bag with nozzle and lay out shapes on baking paper. Sprinkle with sprinkles and put in for 2 hours.
They are absolutely delicious!
