The perfect cool down on those summer days!
Ingredients:
Pot of Greek yoghurt
Pumpkin Spice (to your taste)
Honey or other sweetener
Method:
Add Pumpkin Spice (to your own taste) to the yogurt pot and pop in a freezer proof container. You are meant to stir it every half hour over a 2 hour period, but it was forgotten about and turned out just lovely! The right amount of sweet and tangy.
