Spiced Summer Sip

Love both the Pumpkin and Winter Spice but want a refreshing summer drink? This is the recipe for you!


I've been turning this into a protein drink by adding a scoop of protein powder but you can equally add a shot of coffee, rum or cream liqueur instead of the powder!


Ingredients:

• 500mls milk of your choice, I personally use either coconut or almond milk

• 2 bananas

• 1 teaspoon of either the Pumpkin or Winter Spice

• a dash of vanilla extract

• 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder or alternative see above


Method:

• blend together and add ice!


So easy, fresh and bursting full of flavour!
